"Lyft Insurance" Scam?

Back in December 2015, while I was still driving with lyft, I was involved in an accident during a lyft ride, not at fault, car in front of me hit the brakes hard, time to react on my side to hit the brakes, too fast, I ended up hitting the car in the back, which caused the car behind me to hit me as well. Total damage to my car, both bumpers needs to be replaced.

I called Lyft customer service right away to report the accident, everything was filed and documented and was told that an insurance rep will get in touch with me.

Two weeks later, I find a voicemail from the insurance company that represent lyft, asking me to call back. Since, I tried countless times to get hold of the insurance agent, I left many many voice mails, and 6 months later and as of today, no updates or attempts to resolve my claim, and I couldn't keep driving my car without fixing it, so I payed for the repairs, and I keep trying to get hold of

Conclusion, and after my personal experience, Lyft does not live up to it's promise.
My advice to all Lyft drivers out there is to be careful and smart and I will highly recommend to start driving for Uber, it's a much better deal!
